Jungle Speed - Rules of Play says:

In Jungle Speed, you must rely on your keen sense of observation and quick reflexes. It requires a steady hand -- which can be hard to maintain during the many fits of maniacal laughter! The wooden Totem sits in the middle of the table, waiting for the player with the fastest reflexes to snatch it up and win the game.

Players have to reveal cards and if two match then they have to go for the totem, be careful though because theres some very similar card thrown in to trick those who are a little to eager. There are also other cards that force all the players to grab for the totem which can cause some choas and others that effect the rules to mix things up abit.
